I got a 2020 Toyota Rav for sitting on the lot for 65 days I believe. I'll have to go and check using your Website, I got an incredible deal for it. I sold cars for four years at a dealership like this. I have not had this experience once since I got out of the business. I do not have the patience for this process. I know exactly what I want to pay and exactly what car I want when I bother to hit the dealership.

A additional fee usually the taxes already applied, but the same taxes doubled and used to hold your item till pick up. Once you pick up they refund it to you with pending status, but if you pay with debit. Example buy a HP Laser B&W printer with taxes comes out to $178 even. Taxes was $8.01 They will charge a additional $8.01 to your card. if it is a debit card however. The fee is permanent and the company uses it towards the upper managements retreats. I bought a brand new home from Lennar in February 2021. After just three years I have a severely leaking roof. I have had two roofing contractors look at the issue. They both have determined that the leak is coming from a vally and the waater is leaking from the seam created by two pieces of sheating that come together in the valley. They attribute the leak to sheating that is lifting up from the roof joists. There are similar situations in others areas of the roof. The lifting sheating is causes bubbles and sunken areas on the roof. The water pools and then seeps in under the shingles. I contacted Lennar, but without even looking at the roof, they are denying my claim stating they only offer a one year warranty. This is clearly a case of poor quality workmanship by the roofing sub contractor, In addition to the lifting sheating, there are exposed nails all over the roof which were left exposed when they shifted the shingles toward the peak to cut down on the number of shingles needed. add to that areas on the roof that do not have enough support and need additional Framing. DO NOT PURCHASE A LENNAR HOME> Once that one year warranty runs out, you are left on your own. I now am faced with reroofing the entire roof on my three year old home. MY on ly home is that the State of MInnesota has a 10 year warranty on faulty workmanship for new home construction and remodeling. There is a State AStatute. I Have filed a claim with the Minnesota Attorney General's Office and with the Department of Labor and Industry, AGAIN - DO NOT BUIY A HOME FROM LENNAR!

I worked in auto sales in the 80’s. Worst job I’ve ever had. Long hours and lousy money for the amount of time I put in. Saturn had a better way of auto sales. No haggle pricing. Reasonable price and the cars were relatively cheap. You pay the price on the label. Only variable was financing which was up to credit score.
